History
Prolog Semicor Ltd was founded in 1997 as manufacturer of polished silicon wafers for semiconductor application with diameter 3”-5” and monthly capacity 20 000 wafers
| 1998 – | Company became associative member of international organization SEMI. |
| 2000 – | Starting of own production of silicon ingots with diameter 2”-6” up to 1000kg per month |
| 2002 – | Developing of production of 6” polished silicon wafers. Certification of quality system per ISO 9001. |
| 2003 – | Developing of production of 2” polished silicon wafers. Increasing polished wafers production capacity up to 30000pcs per month. |
| 2003 – | Increasing silicon ingots production capacity up to 5000kg per month |
| 2006 – | Increasing silicon ingots production capacity up to 9000kg per month. Developing of growing silicon ingots with diameter 220mm. |
| 2009 – | increasing of silicon ingots production capacity up to 12000kg per month and polished silicon wafers production capacity up to 500 000pcs per year. |
| 2010 – | Increasing of silicon ingots production capacity up to 200 000kg per year |
| 2013 – | starting of own production of monocrystalline sapphire ingots. |
| 2014 – | launching of own production line for PV modules assembling with capacity 9MW per year. Starting own production of polysilicon |
